Choice any of 2 of the following:

1. Chicken or Veal parmigiana - served with spaghetti and meat sauce
2. Roast pork loin - with roasted potato and fresh vegetables
3. Chicken primavera – Breast of chicken in light cream sauce with a vegetable medley and penne noodles throughout
4. Roast prime rib – 10oz, well marbled cut of prime rib served with roast potatoe and fresh vegetables
5. Pollo limone – Chicken prepared in a lemon garlic sauce with vegetables and roast potato throughout
6. Manicotti – tubes of pasta filled with a blend of ricotta cheeses and herbs, smothered with our signature tomato sauce and melted cheese.
7. Lasagna – A Prescott favorite! Lasagna noodles with our famous meat sauce and melted cheese over top.
8. Italian sausage parmigiana – Medium spiced Italian sausage prepared butterfly style with melted cheese over top and smothered with tomato sauce. Comes with a side of rigatoni in a light “siciliana” style cream sauce.
9. Chicken kebobs – cubes of marinated chicken with prepared on a skewer with onion, mushroom, green pepper and red pepper. Comes on a bed of Spanish rice.
10. Whole rack of ribs – Full rack of pork ribs, slow cooked and marinated to perfection. Comes with Spanish rice or choice of potato.
